The US has issued a statement that it will not be sending any more troops to Iraq, in spite of the prez's statement last week that they have information showing an increased number of Al Kida (sp?) operatives moving into the region from Saudi Arabia, Syria and the like. The appeal is for more troops from other countries. The appeal is for help beating back the Arabians.
I wonder if this means things will come to a head, after a few low cost months of playing possum in the dessert. Suck them in, show weakness, then clobber the whole crew for a lower cost basis. Sounds like a plan Connie!
